We have to better understand what some financial terms mean that we just throw around far too often. Bankruptcy and Foreclosure are two such terms that need to be cleared up a bit. I want it to be completely clear that these are not the types of financial events that you want to be a part of, and they each denote extreme financial hardship that none of us should be a part of. I am not saying that filing for bankruptcy or being foreclosed on can be completely guarded against, but we should do all that we can to make sure that we build a financial life free from the need for these events to occur.
